How many calories do you guys consume a day while on a mass cycle, 4000, 5000? What percent of carbs, fats, & proteins do you guys eat?

need stats on you bro. Calorie intake depends on your own mass, activity, gear your taking, etc. Do some research, even a search on this board, and you'll find the info you're looking for. If you've been reading any of the comments from vets lately, repetitive topics reflect on us newbies POORLY. Do us all a favor and find what you can from previous posts. You'll find some current info w/out the need to aggravate any of the "touchY' vets on the board. Good luck

During the first 6 weeks or so off my cycles, I'll average 5-6000 calories a day. I'll have a couple of days a week where i'll go up to 8-10,000 calories, then 4-5000 the other days. I'm 210 lbs and get 350-400 grams of protein a day. My carbs and fats flucuate drastically. When I am doing a mass cycle, I basically eat everything in sight, ice cream and fast food included.

I just make sure to eat plenty of everything. That way if I am eating 5000+ calories a day I can very easily assume my requirements are met. Offseason is a time to relax and not fuss over the numbers as much. This year I am going to limit my gains some. I had to pay one hell of a price taking the extra fat off this year!
