![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Dont weigh your self every day, once a week is fine.Yes changes in weight happen all the time, water retention, digestive, all play a part in the weight changes you see. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Take your clothes off when you weigh in. Sweat accumulates and soaks into clothing. Their is no other way you could possibly gain that weight in two hours. Unless you have developed a taste for Olympic 2.5lbs weights. J/K IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() How much water do you drink during your workouts? I see people drinking a gallon of water during their workouts, even more, thats a sure way to put on some weight IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() its funny you posted this, cuz i thought of the same thing two days ago. But in all reality it is the watered-down clothing along with the water consumed that is accounting for the weight gain. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I've got two theories on this one. 1) The first and most likely is your drinking a lot of water. This couls easily accumulate to that much weight gain. 2) The second is a long shot. Working out changes your fluid balance. Now this doesn't change your weight but...have you ever stepped on a scale and if you lean either forward or backwards it can affect your weight by a few pounds. If your fluid balance is shifted then your weight might be shifted. This could affect weight placement on the scale and theoretically change your weight. Or I could just be full of shit. Probably. I'd go with the drinking more water theory. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'll go with backdraft and others don't weight yourself before and after thats kinda "silly". Could be the sweat could be increased water intake might even be a few more. ...this reminds me i gotta weight myself soon also... IP: Logged |
