I started eating cottage cheese in the last year and it's great.

I thought it looked gross so didn't touch it. It actually tastes good and has tons of protein and low fat,low carbs and cheap too.

Cottage cheese is an excellent source of casein, a phosphorus-containing protein. It digests at a different rate from whey protein so combining the two is beneficial.

I agree.
Put a little canned pineapple on it when you're bulking. I get canned pineapple in the juice and not in "light syrup".

Yes, lots of whey in cottage cheese -- especially in the juice. There's also alot of CLA in cottage cheese. High sodium, but if you drink enough water that won't matter.

Stratman ... that is f*ckin nasty. Why not through in a little Canned Tuna in 100% Vegetable Oil.J/K
Cottage Cheese is great and the Non-Fat HEB version is cheap and taste good. Put some fruit coctail with it. It taste even better if you refrigerate the canned fruit prior to use. (It does look nasty though)

I have done the Tuna and Rice, Tuna and Beans and Tuna and Macaroni, Tuna and Cottage Cheese.

Tuna and Cottage cheese is actually one of the best ones. I have also mixed chocolate whey with cottage cheese as a desert while on a keto diet and that is yummy...

Bros, you all have to try tuna and yogurt! 2 tins of tuna a 3 of the single serving cups of yogurt all mixed together, awesom! I usually use mixed berry or raspberry. I discovered it accidently about 6 months ago and have never looked back.

Hey bros, excuse me but I'm new here. Um, like I have like 5 cans of spring water tuna, 6 containers of cottage cheese and 12 low fat yogurts. How should I stake them and how long will it be before I see results?
Or should I wait til I'm older?

you could mix the cottage cheese and the tuna in the same syringe and rotate injecting into a quad EOD. id stick with pimply glutes for the yogurt though.

your never to young to do a stack like this and results should be forthcoming within two weeks. dont forget your anties though cause this cycle is guaranteed gyno.

enjoy!!

I eat a big container of fat-free cottage cheese everyday, tons of protein in it, and only 480 calories... I have 1 cup at 3 meals.. a serving, 80 calories, is 1/2 of a cup
