Now that I got your attention, I just started a cycle of test cyp and i'm scheduled for oral surgury in about a week. I'm finally having my wisdom teeth removed and I will be put under anethetics. Will I be OK or will fall to a fatal combination effect? I know I'm being a bit dramatic, but in all my research I found nothing on the subject and i would like your input. Thanks Vin IP: Logged |

What's versed? And the doc said he will hit me with novacaine in the mouth but he will also use either gas or some kind of intravenous anesthetic. IP: Logged |

HA! That reminds me. When I was 18 I got mine pulled. My mom went with me. When I woke up, I was so fucked up from the gas that I told the doc to give me more. I said "Hell you can pull all my teeth if you give me some more of that!" My mom was there when I said that and all she could do was laugh. I was stumbling around so bad they asked my mom to walk me out the back door so the other patients wouldn't see me! IP: Logged |

unfortunately I have a condition known as malignant hyperthermia, in which I am allergic to a larger amount of general anasthesia and certain strong locals. In the middle of my appendectomy, I had a grand seizure which scared the fuck out of the docs. Lungs started to fill up with blood and fluid, almost started to drown. Luckily my anesthesiologist was familiar with my condition and knew what to do (most don't). After shoving a tube down my throat, he administered a certain counter drug. My 2 days hospital stay turned into 2 weeks. I woke up with a tube in my weiner and one in my throat and mouth. The worst feeling in the world, is waking up and not breathing for yourself. Unless you have that, I don't think you should be worried. Of course, the chances of that are 1 in a couple hundred thousand. IP: Logged |
