![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am on my last shot of sus. I take it today and now is the time to shred the unwanted water weight. I have been planning, but it has become mentally difficult to get myself to eat better and less. I started Xenadrine yesterday and now reduced my carbohydrates to almost 1/3 of what I previously took. and I also eliminated 2 meals and kept my protien intake high. It is so hard to actually want to LOSE weight. anyone else have this problem? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Rookiejuicer: I've cycled my weight up and down any number of times (not on gear, but naturally). First time it takes guts and faith to switch over, after a while it becomes natural, eventually it becomes a point of pride to have such exquisite control over your weight and body composition. I tell me middleaged friends that I can gain or lose 20 lbs almost without thinking about it, and in a very short time, and it always amazes them. I feel like I have my hand on a rheostat, or one of those dial like light switches you can use to brigthen or dim your dining room. Terrific feeling, but it takes time to establish it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() It is a major emotional/mental problem for me. I hate getting weak and that always seems to happen. When I add EQ, winny, and anavar into a cutting cycle I am okay, but any other time if just feel like a 120lbs nerd could whip my ass. Dumb to think that way, because during a cutting cycle I am still benching into the 400's for a max so I just don't know why I feel weak, but I surely do. It is depressing!!! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This is definitely a big problem for me as well.I am very addicted to food and when on a bulking cycle, i am in seventh heaven. When i come off though, i get depressed because i have to restrict my caloric intake a bit more. Really sucks! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() The first week or two suck cuz you don't notice any change and your workouts blow. After that you start looking sharp and the workouts get good again. Just stick with it. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You know until this year I felt the same way. I overtrained, ate low carb/high protein and little if any fat, did cardio out the f'n ass and would lose a shitload of weight. This year I cut my sets to 4-6 sets/bodypart trained everything once a week and have reduced my cardio to 30-45min. I am on winny and fina but my strength and endurance is 90-95% of what it was 30lbs of fat ago. This year I will step on stage 25lbs larger than last year and a whole lot harder. I can tell you if your losing strength your losing muscle. Learned it the hard way....never again! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The worst for me is trying to sleep. I ALWAYS wake up a couple of times a night CRAVING SUGAR. The fucking ECA doesn't help the situation either. If you can get past the two week mark without going nutz, the rest is history... Puc IP: Logged |
