I know this does not belong on this board..but i need an answer quick...can someone explain these to me...how do they work?

pick up a weight, perform a set, drop the weight and take a lighter weight, perform a set, drop the weight and take a lighter weight, perform a set... 3 sets without a rest of the same exercise = triple drops

Try triple drop sets on the leg press if you want to kill yourself. You need a partner to strip the weight but they are awesome to make your legs grow. I gained 1" on my legs in 1 month by doing this and I was training natural. I also had big quads already so it wasn't from just starting to train legs. When you do this you won't be able to walk for about 4 days. On the 6th day do it again. It works for about 4-5 weeks then give it a rest because they will burn you out. You only need to do 1 triple drop set on any exercise, anything more may overtrain you. I apply this technique to any bodypart when I want to shock it into growth. It's my favorite technique to use.
