 Anyone tried Fina while on CKD diet?

I know when your on a CKD diet the lack of carbs will hurt gains from AS, but would taking 75-80mg of Fina eod help keep strength up and harden up while in the energy lacking state of Ketosis during the week? This is a cutting diet so just looking to preserve all my muscle. Also will the lack of carbs with fina make me want to rage and stomp on anyone who gets in my way. Thanks IP: Logged |
