just looking for ideas. how you guys incorporate abs into your week? also what exactly do you do.

Mostly crunches, leg lifts and twists. You can vary any one of these movements to mix it up. I like to do crunches before every workout because it seems to get the blood moving. I do the serious ab blowouts on cardio days though

I do them twice a week. Crunch machine heavy for 3 sets of 15. Then use a pulldown machine for 3 sets of 20. Last leg lifts with a twist for 2x30. Works pretty good for me.
