Bossman Pro Bodybuilder (Total posts: 371) |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I do them twice a week. Crunch machine heavy for 3 sets of 15. Then use a pulldown machine for 3 sets of 20. Last leg lifts with a twist for 2x30. Works pretty good for me. ---------------- Bossman IP: Logged |
