Mostly crunches, leg lifts and twists. You can vary any one of these movements to mix it up. I like to do crunches before every workout because it seems to get the blood moving. I do the serious ab blowouts on cardio days though IP: Logged |

I do them twice a week. Crunch machine heavy for 3 sets of 15. Then use a pulldown machine for 3 sets of 20. Last leg lifts with a twist for 2x30. Works pretty good for me. ---------------- Bossman IP: Logged |
