I personally started at 17. But I would suggest that one should start at 20 and up.

You have to be old enough to read the newbie post and comprehend it.

As a general rule after 21, but this is really all about how you are growing natraully. For example I didn't start filling out until I was 24 YO, if I would have took gear when I was 21 or 22 I might have affected my natraul growth and I wouldn't be as big now. Some people fill out when they are young, some people don't fill out till the mid 20s. I hope I helped.

honestly, the difference between 21, 24 or 25 i sreally not that significant. If you are really that concerned, speak with your doctor. However, as far as I've seen, you should have no problems due to your age. As you have seen, some start in their teens and have managed.

My personal opinion (and that is all I'm sure you'll get from this post), is that it is ok to start in your early twenties....just make sure that you have tried to gain as much as you can naturally and have a good routine so you get the most out of the juice....

It's up to you bro. I just decided hell why not one day. Best decision I've made yet. Oh and I'm 23 and I didn't have any problems. Been off for almost 2 months now. Later, Green

I AM 18 AND PLAN TO DO MY FIRST CYCLE AT ABOUT 19 OR WHEN I HAVE REACHED MY NATURAL PEAK. I THINK 23 SOUNDS GOOD TO ME. GOOD LUCK!

I know of kids at my school that started juicing at 16. Of course I think this is way too young but it mostly depends on how mature you are and when you stop growing. Also you should have a good 1 to 2 years of hard training before you even consider it.

Most people's growth plates don't completely close until 22-23, then it's open season!!!

It is ultimately your conviction.....for myself, it didn't occur until i was 32...like I said, It's all about your own personal conviction bro...at age 23, you are old enough to determine if it is the right thing to do for yourself....
