Get lots of sleep.

Make sure you aren't overtraining.

Take a multivitamin.

Take extra B and C vitamins.

Drink lots of water (at least 1 quart per 50lbs., per day).

Take your glutamine w/ 75 grams of simple carbs (like creatine).

Take your glutamine on an empty stomach.

Don't take more than 2 grams of glutamine at a time, unless after a workout, then take 5 -10.

Take at least 10 grams glutamine a day.

Use a whirlpool (wait at least a day after your workout though).

Chiropractic adjustment and/or massage might help too.

Hope these help.

Don't lean too much on the supplements like a crutch. There is no substitute for tons of protein and great food. A good amount of real rest never hurt anybody either. Drink as much water as you can handle. Also, it helps to not stand up all day either. There's nothing that kills quad gains faster than having to stand up all damn day while you're trying to recover from a good leg workout. If you want real supplements, pick up some gear.
