The best I can tell you is that 24 years ago I was 7 lbs 2oz now I am 212 lbs. I've seen a few guys post that they had gained 50-60 lbs in less than a year. I'd like to hear some more of those stories and their methods too. They are very inspiring. IP: Logged |
