I'm having a hard time finding any nolva or proviron right now, and the gyno is getting worse every day! Is there any OTC antiestrogen that will work? I also have some clomid, but i can't see how that would help any? Thanks in advance for all the help! (By the way, i'm in my 4th week of 600mg/week T200.) ------------------ IP: Logged |

Saw Palmeto (sp) and chrysin (sp) or 2 over the counters that I knwo of. But you need to take high doseage of each for them to work effective IP: Logged |

If you use Chrysin, make sure it is bright yellow, not dingy brown. It works, but only in large quantities -- I don't really remeber, but it seems like when I was on it, I was taking 6 - 8 grams a day. I used to buy the mass quantites brand (back when it was in a gold ziplock packet with a laser label). Also, take on empty stomach. IP: Logged |

I have yet to sprout my own set of tities but I have seen a product called "GYNO-TEC" I have no idea if it works or not. If anyone knows tell us as for now I got my supply of Novs. tucked away for that one horrible day when my tits get sore. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Man, take the clomid now! At the very least you'll start to get your own test levels up some and it is an anti-estrogen on it's own! Why weren't you taking the clomid all along in the first place? IP: Logged |

There is nothing OTC that will come even close to Nolvadex or Proviron. Before every cycle, you should always have one of these two products. Shoot me an e-mail. I may be able to help. ------------------ IP: Logged |
