Ok, I'm still on the mighty come back trail from the pec tear but...damn. I hate to admit it in public, but after my surgery I dropped to a 183 lbs....from 237 the day of the tear. I tipped the scales today at healty 231. Without alot of detail I'm runing the following: 1250 mg t.depot every 6th day will be adding some 'trope in shortly. BPP IP: Logged |

Good news BPP. Why are you taking the sust and deca every other week? IP: Logged |

Did you get a cosmetic surg. to fix it? I only ask because some tears are more obvious then others. IP: Logged |

Saint...its something that I stumbled onto by mistake. Don't ask me how. I've found that this is like a mini cycle within a cycle and the results of the 'sust' kick are incredible. I have always disliked deca but this way seems to be kinder to my system. I've been on this cycle for about 5 weeks and have about zero water retention. The depot keeps me going and the others give me a good change of pace. The pec tear was fixed by a surgeon. I will eventually need some cosmetic help to cover the skin scar. BPP IP: Logged |

Pitbull...I lost everything. I had a really bad tear, so I had to start from about 2 lbs. I don't know if I'll ever be normal mentally again. I tore the pec at 385 and so far haven't had the guts to even touch a straight bar again. I stick to the db's and have no desire to go over a pair of 80's. BPP IP: Logged |

Kick ass bro.. I know what you feel like...I used to come in at a cut 215lbs, and shredded my rotator cup..no surgery thank god..but it knocked me out of commission for awhile...and I dropped off to about 180lbs. Ive come back to a solid 206lbs. I admire your courage bro...I know what it takes.. Later, IP: Logged |
