I'm 4 weeks into my diet and all was goin well, but I figured I'd might as well take it up a notch and start the cardio, well I did 30mins on sunday morning (empty stomach ofcourse) and 45 minutes yesterday, none this morning. The problem is I look MUCH worse, I look horrible, water galore, my weights gone up, it looks like I've actually gained some bodyfat. What the fuck is up with that?? anyone ever experience anything like this before?

Dude I think 45 minutes is way to long for cardio...anything that you can do for 45 minutes straight obviously is'nt pushing your body to it's limits...Try sprints on a track...sprint straightaways and walk the curves.. do it for 20 minutes...High intensity like sprints will not release cortisol into your system and cause catabolism...Your cardio day is still a rest and growth day for your muscles so don't take so long and don't unnecessarily go too long....it will help

make sure your eating enough and frequently...try an eca stack or something to help get your met going..but cardio will not speed up or slow down your metabolism after your cardio is over for about an hour your body will slow right back to where it was..push your muscles and your metabolism will be forced to speed up

eca is there, diet is good cuz everythin was goin fine before, and I've always prefered longer duration/lower intensity compared to short/intense cardio sessions as I hold on to more mass for shows, just now for some reason adding cardio is makin me look worse

Two sessions of cardio isn't nearly enough to establish a slower metabolic rate. In actuality, cardio improves metabolism, allowing you to burn calories faster (and fat). Keep it up for 2 to 3 weeks, cardio everyday for about 30 minutes and then see how it goes. If you don't lose fat by then, then somethings up. You should also limit your food intake in the way of calories and carbos. Just cause you're running doesn't mean that you can eat all you want and lose fat

You will also need to address fluid intake. If you had an increase in fluid loss and didn't replace it you would cause a automatic retention process in the body. That could explain the sudden weight gain and appearance change, not fat. Icrease your fliud intake by double for two days and see if it doesn't change.
