I have read it is possible to overtrain while on juice. What do you guys think? Do you feel the same soreness the next day(s) after a workout? Does it (the pain) last as long while on juice as it does without, or do you feel your ability to recooperate is enhanced while you're "on"? ------------------ IP: Logged |

There is def. less pain and you can recuperate a hell of a lot faster. But I also believe that it is still possible to overtrain. Pitbull IP: Logged |

You don't have to push your body for very long to see good results...staying in the gym for LONG period of time may not cause overtraining but it can still interfere with your growth just by increasing cortisol levels....plus you need to feed your body with in one hour and a half after begining your workout for optimal growth.... yes it is very possible. The problem is generally most people believe that superman feeling means they are superman. The truth is 'NOT'! Also, most of those I have seen overtraining on gear could be attributed to poor diet and rest. The amount of gear some of the guys around here quote they use is stupid as hell! They never realize they could use a fraction of the gear and get better perminant results with less workouts and more rest. IP: Logged |

I have to make a concious effort to take a day off from the gym. I feel guilty if I do not get to the gym. But I don't think I overtrain...I keep it at one big bodypart a day (chest, arms, back, legs, shoulders), along with abs, forearms, etc, so I hit two of the big ones twice a week, the other three only once a week. I alternate every week. I can't remember the last day that I didn't make it to the gym. D. IP: Logged |

Overtraining has been refered to as a syndrome by some experts. You can beat yourself into the ground so much for a period of time that it could takes months before you will ever be 100% again. Just be super cautious of this devestating mistake. IP: Logged |
