Had to respond to topic of pro-hormones being trash, of course nothing compares to the real thing, but everyone needs a break now and then. The problem with chemically enhanced BB not getting results from prohormones, comes from the fact that they generally are in a completely catabolic state coming off the stuff, and looking for that magic product to keep and even continue gains while they take a break. Don't get me wrong, most of the prohormones are trash, but I have been "clean for several years, and maintain a very lean year round weight of 200lbs. I have gotten incredible results from Substrate Solutions Norstack combined with the original tribestan from Bulgaria. I took one norstack a.m. prior to training, and 2 trib 2X daily. for four weeks. I then switched to Eclipse 2000 Clomitrol, 3 caps in a.m. and two trib 2x daily. I gained 7lbs in six weeks, the first time I have had such a gain since stopping the "gear" I've taken creatine, and definetly gotten a cosmetic look and harder, but never gained much scale weight. Was it water? Maybe, but I was already lean, so I didn't blow up like a water boy. And the "gear' is alot of water also, so I'll take the trade off and increase in strength. We all know we need to take a break at some point, I highly suggest this cycle if it is still available.
Obviously, you would adjust the trib per your bodyweight, but give this stack a chance, don't start it two weeks after your cycle as your crashing from the "real thing"

ValVenus,

I have to agree with you. Good progress can be made with pro-hormones. And although I am partial to www.massquantities.com, Substrate would be the only other company that I would trust to be true to label claim. There are so many companies that under-dose and plenty that will use androstenedione and label it norandrostenedion because the former is 1/4th the price.

I too like the norandros and the androdiols much better than androstenedione. I have worked with clients who have used them to very impressive results. Incidentally, you would be amazed at how many people use steroids and still have a very poor physique. With steroids, the shame factor plays a big role. Do a steroid cycle, get poor results, you keep your mouth shut. Imagine your friends saying, "You took roids and still look like this!" Poor results from steroid precursors, and you blame the steroid pre-cursors.

No one believes this, but I took this guy from the first picture to the second one in
15 weeks using only Mass Quantities supplements.

One note, I did use Mass Quantities T3 Metabolite, which the FDA has since banned, the program is still interesting. Find it here: https://www.elitefitness.com/articles/ultimate/

I agree George, I train alot smarter in a natural state. I am not saying I won't dabble in the future, but I know there are products out there to keep me motivated in the interim. Also, I was reading the post about the guy who changed his arm routine (big note, lowered sets!), and how he was seeing great results. I learned years ago, more is definetly NOT better. Train intense, train smart and rest big time. On or off the stuff, more is not better. I laugh at all the mags out there with the different pro routines. Don't get me wrong, there are a select few out there that can train that frequently and recover and grow. It will take years of mediocre results, even on the gear, for many of the guys on this board to realize that. I owned a gym for four years, and now I own a sports nutrition store, the guys I saw/see the most at both places are the ones that never really change their physiques.
