I was wondering if any of you guys has ever failed a pre-employment drug test b/c of roids? I've read past posts saying that most places don't test for roids because of the cost, but I just recieved word that a friend of mine who is on juice got a job with the department of correction and he's on a cycle right now...any thoughts on what he should do...stop...keep juiceing....thanks brothers IP: Logged |

Never heard of a job testing for roids. IF they test him for crack, they aren't gonna pick up test. It doesn't work like that. He should be fine. I passed my test for the Sherrif's department drug test with no problems. Unless they test for roids, don't worry about it. IP: Logged |

don't worry bro... the companies that do drug screens send em off, some after sticking a stick in em to test for the basics.. the company that tests it usually either does a 5 or 10 panel test, none of which tests for gear.. gear tests are very expensive and will require a third cup....companies usually use two..one to test the other to verify... it is not there busuness for it... i work for a large transportation company controlling mmm lets just say traffic and they tried to test me for evrything but could not....... i belive they can test your testosterone to epitestosteroine ratio easily though.....if they do for some odd reason....which they wont... say you were using that prohormone bullshit!! you will be fine... make a star employee, unless you throw the manager out on his ear like i did! he was a prick.... the month off was worth it... it sucked going to get the phsycological evalauation though.... rat bastard harrasing motherf%$#@! i got a ua to harrass me every frreeaking 2 months... they didn;t even test for valium or xaxnax as most companiers do not!! good way to chill for a cautious bro... ------------------ IP: Logged |

Pre-Employment screenings don't test for roids. It is too expensive. When I was in the Marines we were drug tested all the time and it was only for the basics there as well, they would only test someone for steroids if they suspected you were doing them. You will be fine. IP: Logged |

If I remember right there is only 6 labs that can test for AS in your system fully. No I'm not saying that there isn't other places that test. But these 6 labs are the ones most noted for being the most positive labs for tests. Might be wrong. Just something I remember reading a while back. Also drug screening doens't test for As way to expensive. I work for the State of Kentucky and I was juicing when I came aboard. No biggie IP: Logged |

My room mate is natural and the federation that he's in says it costs about $280 to test for AS. So when they test everyone before the contests, they only send the UA's of the guys who appear to be on roids off to actually get tested. IP: Logged |

A friend of mine has a job at a security company and they don't test in a pre-employment screen but if they "suspect" you're on, they will!! Weird, I had never heard of that before then. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Ulter, they may have hundreds of labs but the steroid screen is only taking place in a few specific labs in the world. That's why it costs so much, not because it's a harder test, but because only a few labs do it and have the capabilities to test for the metabolites. For the steroid portion they must send it out. When I wrote a term paper on steroids there were only 3 labs in the world that did the test, this was about 6 years ago though, I'm not sure how many can do it now. IP: Logged |

Don't sweat a thing. Not even thinking about it I shot EQ 4 hours before my piss test with out thinking anything about it, because It was just the next day I had to do it. I got to thinking about it after I took the test and figured it was to late anyway, but nothing showed up. Companies don't care and don't have the money to test for gear. Unless it was maybe a specialized field then maybe, but very rarely.

I've been tested every year for the last 11 years for the job that i have with a local law enforcement agency and i can say that i don't know of any angency....even fbi that tests for roids..but they do give a polygraph test for our agency before you are hired and they do asked about drugs and of course steroids are drugs..so i would worry more about the polygraph than about the test for roids, because governments are too cheap to test for them..... my advice to you or your friend is not to do them until you are hired and then you will passed the tests for employment and then pass all the tests thereafter because they simply don't test for roids. ------------------ IP: Logged |
