calories are a problem with me (protein aint).....i know already that im going to need an additional 1500 to 2000 cals.....i work long hours in the sticks with very limited food supplies (restuarant-wise)...i cant afford three BK broilers (no mayo) for lunch....whats the most cost effective source yall have for massive caloric intake?...most of those powders seem to be mostly simple carbs..is that so bad?....aren't calories calories..???...theory and practice rarely collide in my world, so what works for you fine folks????

I use TwinLab's Super Gainers Fuel to get an extra 1500 cals. Use half of what they recommend you take daily(3000 cals) and keep the protein up. They are shit cals but if you keep you're other foods clean and the protein up it is a good mix.

Increase your diet with unsaturated fats. Safflower and flaxseed gives you 9 calories for every gram.Efa's are great for your body functions, skin as well as muscle growth. Safflower is high in Omega 6 as flaxseed oil is high in Omega 3. Try to get an equal ratio of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids.Oh, almost forgot, Keep your flaxseed Oil in the fridge. Im bulking now and I have 4 tablespoons a day. later

Myoplex plus Mass with 24oz of whole mile and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

1000 calories
60g protein
around 120 carbs, don't quote me, but I know it's close.

Definitely agree with FitnessChick..go for the N-Large 2 by prolab. It has a good ratio of carbs to protein. I'm sure it contains moderate to high glycemic carbs.
