![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i have a friend that works out in my gym, he is always cycling diff stuff like sus250,cyp primo,eq,and clen basically what he can get his hands on. he has prob been on and off for the past year. but he still looks like SHIT, i mean not any noticable muscle gains, or defintion, and his strength isnt anything to brag on. I know that strict diet, training, and motivation are a must, but i just think it might be someting else like genetics.........maybe the fact that his are not good at all.........i would like some good thoughts, thanks IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Genetics play a large role in muscular development, but he should still be making gains with all those drugs. He is probably not cycling them correctly and coming off them correctly. I found this out the hard way... If you want to keep your gains you'd better know what your doing when you come off, such as using clomid, etc. He may need to take a break from the drugs for a little while and concentrate on getting his training and diet in order. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Jah Ganja Sack, genetics plays a key role in this whole damn process, some people have genetics, some people dont, some people have gear without genetics and you get people like Palumbo or Pros who dont do shit, now some fuckers have genetics and gear which produces monkeys like Ronnie Coleman, Flex etc etc. Genetics set your boundaries and limits. Peace my herb smoking amigo. IP: Logged |
