what exercises to do to get that seperation between the bi's and tri's? Also, do I have to get the BF% down to see that separation. I see guys with more BF% than i have and they have that seperation. Need advice in a bad way.

Tricep pushdowns with the rope seem to work good. You can really get a good squeeze when you seperate the ropes. Kickbacks are good also.

Everyone carries bodyfat in different areas so a guy with more overall bodyfat may just have less being carried in his arms.

I notice if I do alot of hammer curls, my separation improves.

hammer curls are very good for that particular definition.

you got to get the bf down and develop the whole arm, from wrist to shoulder, to get the complete split and definition between the two groups. Incline bench rope pushdowns, BB scott curls, hammers, DB skull crushers, switch up your workouts for full hypertrophy of the bi's and tri's. Variation, intensity, and quality of contraction will get you there, and I would not use high reps.
