Its a hard fact that you gotta eat eat and eat some more when your on a mass cycle, but i'm very interested in what you guys eat for each meal. I've been told to eat anything (including junk food), as long as you eat a ton of food. I disagree with this as it'll probably get you just as much fat as lean muscle.

Whats a serious juicers diet? What do you think is a good diet to keep bodyfat levels stable, yet add on some serious meat-pumps under the skin during a cycle? (Please list one day's sample diet)

If possible, list your weight/bf, as we do know that # of calories depend on the individual..

I think this info should help out a lot of newbies and help give ideas to some of the pros out there too looking to modify their diet.

Also, this is also a question that has always been sketchy:

How many grams of protein can someone absorb in each meal while on a mass cycle? 40? 50? 60 grams?

I mean, I can easily eat about 80 grams of protein per meal -- but how much of that will be used?
