take it when you feel weird sensations in your nipples or when they get sore, water retentive, or you feel anything hard underneath there. That may mean during cycle or post cycle. As far as during cycle do the clomid EOD and you most likely won't need the nolvadex unless you are predisposed to gyno itself IP: Logged |
