OK check this out. Today I got a seizure notice stating that my gear was intercepted at Newark ,New Jersey. BUT I stopped payment on the western union transfer and got my money back a long time ago.!!! So I never paid for it anyways, so the guy sending it ate it right? Shouldnt he have picked up the cash BEFORE sending the gear? I emailed him and offered to square up, I wonder what he'll say? By the way, hes listed as a scammer on another board....... ? So in other words, you scammed your source right ? SOunds to me like the guy mailed you your gear, without getting paid. He was either to stupid to know that he didn't get your money or did it out of good faith. Why did you cancel the money order without letting him know ? WELL, Big papa, I wish you would have asked ALL the circumstances FIRST before you jumped to conclusions and said the whole "punks" thing. He didnt answer my emails and after 4 days, STILL hadnt picked up the cash! I assumed he was not on the up and up , so I cancelled the $. AND if you would have read, I said I offered to square up with him in yet ANOTHER email today! SO now to even things between us, EAT MY HOT CRAP! IP: Logged |

That means that once I relized he actually had sent it (even though he didnt even follow his own instructions by sending me confermation of getting the funds)(and hadnt even pick it up after 4 days), I emailed him offering to make good on my end. I don't think you did aything wrong man. You thought you got scammed from lack of communication on his part. Nobody wants to get scammed. If he didn't return my emails, I'd have done the same thing. Most people on this board probably would have. Now if you had him front the gear and then didn't pay, you'd be an asshole. Plus, you did mail him and offer to pay once you found out he didn't scam you. Keep mailing him till he responds, then pay him again. IP: Logged |

Thanx T-Bone its nice to see someone can read. And yes Im STILL waiting to here from him. Ever since my order, I ve not heard from him. He emailed me ONE time with ordering info and thats the last Ive heard from him, Ive emailed him at least 8 times. IP: Logged |

Well I played the infamous I want to extend my cycle a few weeks so I tried a source on a whim and he actually emailed me telling me heat was coming down to go get my money back. I didn't know how and he sent me directions on how to do it. What a COOL fucking guy in my book!! And it wasen't for peanuts either, $400. Now that is an honest source in my book. In fact I think I'll drop him a line. I never heard from him again after that. So there's always a flip side to sources. Later, Green IP: Logged |

I think that was cool of XCYTER to offer to square up. As for BPP, how about getting your head out of your ass and act like a moderator. If you read the whole post, you'll know the whole story. We all keep saying lets keep the flames down and keep this a great board. How the hell are we supposed to do this when a moderator acts like that. X, I think you may have jumped the gun. I understand not hearing from your source, but on the same token, HE may have had a reason for getting right back to you. BPP it is not your day...we all have our bad days, lets but this one behind us..the lesson today...just because your on a scammer list doesnt mean shit, if you have a reputation everyone will know, good or bad.. and the person who took there money back, that was rude, and am sure you guys will handle that..lets get this board back on track...helping each other... Hey, HE is a scammer and the seizure letter is a fake.....just thank God you got your money back before he scammed you good! He is good at this and alot of scammers are doing the same with fake seizure letters.they are geeting good with this crap! ------------------ IP: Logged |
