Hey, I have been taking 3cc of T-200 by brovel for 4 whole weeks. After 28 days I have done My work out schedule is 4 days on and 1 day off. I have been training for many years and and consider myself a high level novice. My weight has not gone up at all over the last few weeks. I am currently 5'9" and weigh 190-195 lbs. I thought that I should be gaining water at least from all the crank in my body. My question is this : Thanks again IP: Logged |

Bro-what the hell are you trying to do , get bigger or cut up, you are using gear that you would use to bulk, but you are eating like you are trying to cut up. You will never grow on 175 grams of protein and less than 2000 calories, you are throwing your money that you spent on gear away, Do more research next time, no offense. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Bro, if you're trying to lower BF, why are you worried about gaining weight?? Go on a cutting cycle and see the results. Then if you want to bulk again, you can. I know some kids that were the same way. If you're BF is too high, first concentrate on getting it down. You would probably be a hell of a lot happier with yourself if you got down to 180 or 175. Then you can worry about gaining muscle. ------------ Bossman IP: Logged |

Throw in a gallon of skim milk a day. That helped me a lot when on my cycle. EAT EAT EAT your on test bro. If you're trying to cut it up try something that you'll grow while dieting like tren or winny. Later, Green IP: Logged |

It's impossible for you to add weight with 2000cals. It's not complicated. Maintnance calories for a guy your size is about 190 x 15 = 2850cals. So you are in a 850cals deficit every day. With no roids you would be losing about 1.7lbs a week. If you want to gain weight then you need to eat more....it's simple IP: Logged |

Yes, deceide what you're going to do. If you want to gain some size while maintaining your current bf% the answer is simple: eat!! (but "clean" food). If you want to cut up, get some winny or primo, some fina and go to town!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Test is fine for cutting yes it's very androgenic but it is also very anabolic. The only reason to stay away from test while cutting is water retention and you can get rid of that stopping test 2-3 weeks from a show. The problem is he wants to lower fat and gain weight. It won't happen to any significant degree. I have done a cycle and lost 15lbs of fat while gaining 5lbs of LBM. But notice that my weight did go down 10lbs. I never went under 2700cals a day. If you drop them to much your metabolism slows down too much. IP: Logged |
