Just curious:How many of you guys have some sort of "chemistry" background? Not just reading a couple of juice books either.I've seen too much bad and dangerous advice on this board.I have a background in sports science, and am certfied from AFAA.

I am undergrad in Chemical Engineering and Graduate in Biochemistry, I hope you are not speaking of me. I research any advice before I give it.

Credentials are no substitute for common sense and first-hand experience. My background in this sport stems from 10 years of lifting and 7 years of hands-on experience with anabolics. My credentials may fall within a different discipline, however at 6' 296 I must be doing something right.

Right on bro, he sounds like he wants to know who has paper, I am with you, I have been lifting for a while and if I know the answer to someones question I will answer it, if it is out of line someone will correct me. That is what a discussion board is for, discussion. I had rather have someone inform me that has experience rather than a degree in chemistry.

How nice for you. I have been a card carrying user for 17 years. I've put a lot of the same questions I see here to my doctor, he has many degree's and is coincidently my source. Personally I don't answer anything here out of my ass, anyone who does is usually shot down pretty hard. I would have to disagree with you that bad advise is prevalent on this board.

I have an undergraduate degree from Michigan State (GO SPARTANS!), but before I give any advice, I make sure it's either first-hand knowledge and/or well researched.

There are people in my industry who are well decorated with paper who can't form a complete sentence. I prefer the advice of those with real world experience.....not a person who has been sitting in a classroom.

I have NO DOUBT that the value of this board lies in the great cross-section of people that contribute to it. Science is good, experience is good, critically assessing everything you read is the same as 'let the buyer beware', no matter what your background.

As newbie to the board, I must say that the practical knowledge is better then the book knowledge.

I don't come here to learn to make the gear. I come hear to learn to cycle it. There are alot of you guys in here that gave me great advice on my first cycle. Some have listed replys to this and some have not.

The advise given gave me great gains and no problems. (Except I had to cut sleves of all my shirts.)

So, thanks guys for the practicle experience. All the knowlede follows with it. Remember everyones body reacts differently then everyone elses. One result or side effect is not naturally the same for everyone.

Well, I'll shut up now. Thanks bros'.

Absolutely correct JetPilot, I've made it a point to though...hehe.
It's pretty cool knowing WHY things work the way they do though, to some, this doesn't matter, and that's just fine.

I'm with you guys. Experience is the shit!

You take what people are saying, research it more, than draw your own conclusions.

I think the majority of info. givin on this board is good.

The bottom line is this is a discussion group and the final decision lies in the users hands.

Sure they can read but sometimes they want others opinions & experiences.

After considering everything they then should make their decision.

It's another resource just like the drug profile websites, medline and the roid books.

Call me ignorant, but what does AFAA stand for? There are no laws on certification, anyone can say they certify anything.
Not trying to flame, just curious.

WTF??? Some of you guys should back off the Test!!! No flame intended. I was curious too the general knowledge of those who post.Of course 1st hand experience is good, but what about education?? I'm talking about chemically knowing why 6 d-bols are ok but 18 a day is not 3 times better.I hate seeing people waste time and money and risk their health because of all the BAD info out there.(like that guy from T-mag.) Doctors will NEVER have a unbiased opinion of juice because this country has a problem with healthy people using drugs. Its taboo in the US to take some Deca for muscles, but its ok to drink a 12 pk. everyday and die of liver cancer.Fucked up- Before you guys rage again, yes I have a lot of experiences with AS usage. I've been on and off for almost ten yrs. and will continue to due so because i take precautions with my lifestyle.AFAA is the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America.I own a personal training buisiness and have prepped local, state and national BB's for quite some time.

I have bachelor's degree in exercise physiology and minors in biology and chemistry. Most of the stuff I have learned has been through experience, though.

I'm confused by your recent post 1 Mistake. Do you even have a college degree in a science backround (i.e. chemistry, biology)? If not then you have used gear in the same way most everyone else does, by experience. That is unless you made an effort to self educate yourself about the chemical structures and actions of different steriods and if you did it that way, great, more power to you.

It doesn't require several years sitting in a classroom to understand that 18 dbol tabs per day isn't 3 times better than 6 dbol tabs per day. Please see my earlier comment about common sense. I'm not "raging" on you. However I am questioning what you've based this thread on. If you have specific examples, I would be inclined to review those posts and render my opinion based on fact......not your opinion.

this board is here for people seeking advice....if they ask a question they should research any advice or opinions they choose to follow before they do it. nothing here is written in stone.
