I was just going through an old issue of Flex from '96. They had an article on how to train Bi's with current Mr. O Ronnie Coleman. I almost broke one of my ribs laughing so hard with him talking about how he'd never take or use drugs, and that he's never even smoked pot! Here are some direct quotes: "I don't need to use steroids. I know that some pros do, but that's their perogative. I have been blessed with great genetics...I was 220 and hard before I even touched a weight." BWAHAHAHAHA!!! All hail King Ronnie, our first "natural" Mr. O. What a joke for a guy who has no less than $5000 worth of chemicals (juice, clen, thyroid, GH) in his body at one time. This guy's a cop on top of it all...what a hypocrite. Ronnie's a nice guy and a great Mr. O, but come on the guy is huge and has more detail than an anatomy chart. I'd beleive the part about not smoking weed, but I think he may have tried a little Deca and maybe even some test once or twice. IP: Logged |

DREXX, you are correct about our retarded and hypocritical society, but why make such blatant lies and insult people's intelligence? He goes on and on about his "superior genetics" and his natural ability. Mr. O not a steroid user. I laugh. I guarantee he is an all knowing alchemist when it comes to gear. I could understand bodybuilders not admitting to steroid use. First off, don't be mislead into thinking Ronnie even WROTE that article. I have spoken to Ronnie more than once and he never uses words like perogative. All of Papa Joes boys articles are wriiten by Weider staff writers and of course in any Weider mag,all his guys are natural, law abidig boy scouts. This is a good laugh. It reminds me of some ripped dude at my gym yesterday. He asked some little dude just to watch him in case he gets stuck. The guy was going to bench 8 45lbs and 2 25lbs!! Like that little bitch was going to be able to do anything. He just wanted to impress someone. Then I heard him telling the little dude that it's all in the diet. Eat plenty of protein and workout hard. Throw in some creatine and it will all come. Can you believe this shit??!!! This guy was juiced to the max. Ronnie doesn't juice! that gyno he had onstage at the the 98 Olympia was from Andro! So he stopped takin it and the gyno was gone for 99. Please, obviously none of us are gonna go around sayin we juice, but somethin like no comment or just duckin the question is far more appropriate than alienating yourself and the readers like that. Even the smallest guys that compete all juice and yet we are supposed to believe that the biggest and most muscular of em all is natural? Even jackasses like shawn ray don't say shit like that, read his bigpicture shit in flex from a couple of years ago. He in no way tried to deny that he uses drugs. Anyways, I don't lose any respect for him cuz he uses drugs, but I do for answers like that (That is if he did write the article himself) but he is still the biggest and most well developed bber I've ever seen. OH yeah and about that stuff about the bber's not actually writing that stuff....I recall seein an interview with Roland Cziurlock after the 96 Arnold and remember he could barely put 2 words of english together to form a sentence and yet there's a 4 page training article written by him with him sounding all articulate about it, hmmmmmm. it all depends on what 'is' is... i read about him saying he doesn't use roids either... It's an absolute insult to everyone's intelligence. Other pros have not admitted to roid use, but they haven't blurted out anything close to the ultrageous lies Ronnie said. Hard at 220 without touching a weight? Havoc, Ronnie was not Mr. O when the article was written, Dorian was. I said he is the current Mr. O, but not at that time. If you guys want another laugh, the Rock states in his book, "The Rock Says" that his only experience with steroids came at the University of Miami when he purchased some pills that turned out to be fake. He basically denied that he ever used steroids to build his physique. This might all be somewhat believable if he hadn't had major gyno syrgery back in mid '99. BTW, this forum kick ass. IP: Logged |

Ronnie Coleman was just on a TwinLab comercial and said something about him being natural. What a fucking joke. In the January 2000 issue of FLEX;page 90-91, "the pec 'anomaly' is no longer present," like his tits jsut grew out of no were and he developed Gyno over night! The highest honor of our sport, the representative of our sport to the gods, shouldn't have Gyno. I have read were Shawn Ray admitted to losing one of his first contests because of failed drug tests.
