Are you competing? If not leave the stuff aone. Its a very fast acting diuretic that if not used properly can fuck you up. It doesn't help with your fat loss at all.

There is a pill form of Lasix (under diffrent namE). Once I remember the name I will post it. I got some at home just need to look at the bottle. Its an 80mg tab. One tab is plenty if you want to get the bloat off. But it will come right back. Also it will over work your kidneys. Its not recommended you use this unless you are getting ready to compete. If your worried about water. Grab a hefty bag put it on sweatshirt over top of it and go running, and biking. You will sweat out a lot of water that way. Boxers use this method all the time before they weigh in, but of course once agai nit will come right back.

i took a pill of lasix today (25mg). I cheated with my diet for 2 days in a horrible way and i wanted to get rid of the water retention. I went to the bathroom a couple of times but it didn't seem as powerfull as evreybody is claming. Maybe a too low dose?

Lasix is not to correct your bad diet habits.

Goddamn it's to be used a day or two before a contest and that's it.

It's fast acting and the results disapear fast as well. It's not a long term thing more of a weapon in your pre-contest prep.

Lasix (furosemide) usually comes in 20mg or 40mg/tab. 40mg a day is fine usually someone will test it taking 20mg and see how he looks then add another 20mg but to see any results you need to be lean like 8% and under.

lasix is a pretty dangerous drug...it depletes your potassium as well as your sodium, & water....so if taking it you must supplement with potassium.....It can cause severe cramping even at low doses.....a bodybuilder a few years ago died from using too much for too long with NO water..... in his autopsey they found that his blood was so thickened in his body from lack of water that it was coagulated inside of him..... Unless you are a competitive bb, dont screw with it.
