![]() ![]() ![]() There is a supplement that GNC sells that is called Wobenzym-N. Take twice the recommended dosage for 5 days and then use the recommended dosage for the remaining amount. Get the bottle with 100 tabs. This isn't the cheapest stuff in the world but it works. At least it worked for me when I was suffering the same problem. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() IF it hurts when you curl, and as you slowly put the dbell back on the rack, it sounds to me as if it was TENDONITIS(spelling?)I had the same prob. still do but not as bad. Ibuprofin and ice after the gym. Also give it a rest for a week. One more thing when you spot, don't let the lazzy bastards off the hook, don't curl it up for them. Let them do the work. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You could be experiencing carpal-tunnel syndrome. This is just one possible cause...more than likely you have just put to much of a strain on your wrist and it is inflamed. I like to use glucosomine and naprosyn for injuries such as this. Talk to your doc and stay away from movements which are giving you problems. Unity66 IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I feel ya. It does the same for me. You just get this aching feeling. There are two ways to avoid this. For curls, use a EZ Curl bar. When spotting someone, hold the bar like your about to do some heavy upright rows or hang-cleans. These little tricks have helped me for years. ------------------ IP: Logged |
