I have been dieting very strictly fo 10 weeks. I was eating almost just proteins, really low carbs and low fat cause i want to get very ripped. This diet drove me crazy! 2 days ago i just couldn't stop myself to entering mcdonald's and eating 5 or 6 burgers and fries (i had i diet coke though!). Than a few hours later i had a few servigs of icecream and choccolate cake. I 've been doing this 4 or 5 times a day in the last 2 days and even if didn't check the scale it seems nothing bad happened by the mirror. Tomorrow i will go back to my diet. I 'm currently on 300mg week of primo and taking clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks of. Do you think cheating with my diet in this way could
influence really bad my cutting cycle? Or maybe i could even have gained somethig in these tow days because of the extra calories?Personal expirience?

I allow myself 1 cheat day per week, when I am dieting. That way I have something to look forward to.

You probably didn't change much, but you should get back on your diet if you want to get ripped.

I agree with Kleen on this. I get to cheat on Sundays and it alows me to load up the carbs a bit for the up coming week. I don't think a couple days of garbage food will do much to you. Just get back up on the horse again and you won't notice a difference. When I cheat durring the week I just make myself hit more cardio after my workout. Later, Green

you have to allow yourself that one cheat day it is a must to keep people sane i use sunday becuase its my day off from everthing except this addicting site its easier to pack your meals and take them to work but on days you dont work it is eay to say oh screw it mcdonalds here i come!!!

Once a week, i ate everything under the sun yesterday, the trick is to get right back on your diet the next day, no excuses.

Ten weeks is tough bro without cheating. You were probably in need of McDonald's after that long.

I cheat two days a week during the first 6-8 weeks (usually Thursday and Sunday) and then as I get closer to where I want to be, I'll cut it back to one cheat day per week. I wouldn't be afraid to eat cake, ice cream, etc. on your cheat days until you get to 4 or 6 weeks out from contest time. I think it helps trick your metabolism and it also makes you feel an animal in the gym for the next couple of days. Also try taking Vanadyl to help deal with the low blood sugar when on a low carb diet.
