hey guys, i am a 22 yo who has been working out for a while and have busted my butt to get lean. i follow a low carb diet and still cannot loss the weight and gain muscle. i have tried all the supplements in the stores and i am now considering trying a cycle for the first time? I would appreciate some suggestions and look forward to reading your replys.

If you want to get lean, T-3 and clen...w/ primo...just my opinion.

Is your diet clean? I lost 30 lbs just dieting but then I hit a wall. I've been using ECA with good results but cardio is where it's at. As soon as I started to run in the mornings my weight has begun to drop quickly again. I just run for an hour each morning. My diet is ok now. I'm up to 1500 calories a day now since my weight is getting better. I was at a 1000 for a while and I was living on protein shakes and veggies. Later, Green

i would say try xenadrine or ECA stack....diet is most important...eat clean

Diet is important but without exercise you will just gain the weight back in a few years. I had a friend who used to be a little overweight but has been working out now for a few years and he is ripped.

damn chalmations. hehe.. i used to live there back in 1971-1976. lived on liberaux. across from the the trade school. then to kenner then on to metairie. now NC.. this place sucks, there aint no place like home.

To get lean,Diet and cardio 2 times daily,eca,xenadrine or adipokinety mix it with guggulbolic also from syntrax.
