What do you guys think is "too much" BF to carry into a bulking cycle? I'm wanting to start my first fairly soon but I'm not sure if I should diet down before starting. I am going to use winny, clen, e/c/a, clomid at the end of the cycle. IP: Logged |

under 15% for me. I'm sticking to winny, eq and tren until I get there. I hit a test/eq cycle and I wish I would have done it a bit different. No sense in building mass if you can't see it. Later, Green IP: Logged |

I am going to start my bulking cycle in 2 weeks. Right now I am on a mild cycle of DNP. I am trying to hit 14% before I start. I am now at 16%. But if I don't get to 14% I'm going to start anyway. If you diet semi-properly, you should drop your b/f on a bulking cycle anyway. I plan on being at 10% once my cycle is over. My cycle ends with winny, clen and ECA. IP: Logged |

Nope. Train down to below 12% bodyfat BEFORE your cycle. This accomplishes several things at once. Firstly, and probably most importantly, it instills the proper training intensity and mental dependability required to achieve excellence. Your body will be more biologically active, and will metabolize the steroids more effectively. Also, the fat you accumulate during the cycle (and you WILL) won't present a psychological stumbling block, since you will already have conquered bodyfat once, without drugs. In addition, the body will probably be in a slightly catabolic state as a result of dieting, which is the most desirable state when first starting a cycle. You will also have more latitude to consume excessive calories during your cycle, both because your higher BMR will metabolize the food more readily, and because you will have established a 'safety margin' of dieting errors that will inevitably occur during the cycle. Remember, your appetite will skyrocket, and if you have a hard time ignoring food binge impulses now, it will be impossible on a cycle. Lastly, you will be able to concentrate solely on bulking, without worrying about your bf% going right into the stratosphere. Just think, if you diet to 12% now, then start your cycle, and end up at 15%bf, you will already know how to diet down, having done it before, and this time you will have the assistance of drugs.
