I was going to inject my winny in gell caps. Should I put 25mg in the gel cap and take twice a day eod or should I put in 50mg and take one a day eod? I will be taking milk thisle with it. IP: Logged |

Drinking it and putting it in caps is the same, you just don't have to taste it when in caps. Split it up and take two 25mg doses ed so that you're still getting 50mg ed. IP: Logged |

Someone was telling me that the half life of drinking winny is about 9 hours so i figure splitting it up in two would be a better way to go. IP: Logged |
