![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I don't know but me and my old roomate were talking about a similar thing, did u ever notice that no matter how fat u or someone else gets, the fat kinda hangs overtop of your belt line. And did u ever notice the asses of girls that work jobs sitting down all day, how the fat is kinda squished out to the sides of their hips. I think that pressure over a long period of time effects fat distribution...Just my thoughts. LP ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Absolute bullshit. You cannot spot reduce fat unless you get lipo. Its an old wives tale. Men tend to store fat around their mid-section while woman tend to store fat around their hips and ass. When losing bodyfat, it is lost from the upper and lower parts of the body first and works its way toward the middle. That is way it is so hard to lose the fat in the belly area and why there are so many 4 packs instead of six packs. Wearing a sweat band around your waist will only make it harder for your body to cool itself, i.e. sweating. You will sweat more but you cannot expect to lose the bodyfat in that area until the rest of your bodyfat is gone. Good Luck. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The office girls that sit down all day have those problems with their hips primarily because of the kinetic motion employeed by their arms and hands ..... shoving chips and twinkies in their faces. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() bro the sweat band is for water-weight loss. It's got gonna get any fat out of the area or else all we gotta do is wrap ourselves up real good and sit around to watch the fat melt off of us. john IP: Logged |
