Have been training a Four on- Three off schedule. Mainly due to work, I work three on and have the four off. Schedule looks like this: Mon. LEGS( quads,Hams, Calves) Tues.Arms (bi's & Tri's/Forarms Wed. Back/Shoulders Thur.Chest Abds are done evry other day and do about 1hr- 2hrs a day cardiosplit between a.m. and P.M. Have been doing this religiously for approx. a year now and I really tired of it any suggestion how to split it better, keeping in mind I work 12hrs days Fri,Sat,Sun. Thanks to all that can help Tech ------------------ IP: Logged |

You can do a schedule like I do: Monday legs, Tuesday: chest, shoulders and Thurs: Back and arms. DON'T do volume training, use HIT. Taking Wednesday off as you see is giving you a three day workout week. That means abbreviate you workout by doing fewer sets. You will get better results and to back my claim go to www.cyberpump.com. click "Training" then click HIT version 3.0 IP: Logged |
