I want gear but I know I cannot have it. I accepted that but My metabolism is high. and I mean high. I can load up on greasy fatening foods and not gain from it. But I try to keep protein intake high. I am growing better now because of a change in training but I would like some help. since I am to young for gear what if I took Impact 250 spray. I know what people say for us not to take it but if we cannot use gear what about impact if it is weaker. It wouldn't hurt long term as bad would it.
