![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm not an expert at critiquing cycles by any means. However, my first impression is that it's not enough gear or a long enough cycle to accomplish your goals. You are looking for at least 20lbs of solid muscle while reducing body fat. I "think" that it would be hard to do with the cycle you have posted. Everyone responds differently to gear though. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Tray, I know everyone doesn't like the short cycle's, but I have done 6, 8, and 12 week cycle's and I get the best results from the 6 week cycle. 3rd and 4th week I am feeling ridiculously strong and put on 5-7lbs these two weeks, and 2-4 the 2,5,6. I don't know if the short cycle's keep my receptors humming or what, but when I did the 12 week cycle, I put on 20lbs lost 8. With the 8 week 18lbs lost 6, and with the 6 week 22lbs lost 5. Like I said this is just me, I keep a book with the results and it shocked me when I looked at it, same training, same gear, and diet. After seeing your "motivating" picture he he, I am sure you can keep you bf low with this cycle, you are ripped. Maybe just up the dosage and try a 6week it might work as much for you as it did for me. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Considering that you want to put on 20-25 lbs. of pure muscle, while lowering your bf%, I would say that you need to add some type of test and also extend the Dbol one more week. I know you want to lose body fat, but 25 lbs is alot of muscle. Also, I would make the cycle a bit longer, something like 10 or 12 weeks (remember that you want 25lbs. of PURE muscle -- hard to do in only a month and a half). You have a long hard task ahead of you, good luck bro. With those goals you HAVE to take before and after photos and post them (I think you have one floating around on some webpage already -- right). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Replace the winstrol with 1000mg of test/week for six weeks. Wait until week three to add the d-bol, and double the dosage initially, tapering down for four weeks. Week 7, replace the d-bol with the winny you saved, and administer 50mg every day. Rapidly taper your test and take your clen every day, straight through until you run out. The final days on winny/parabolan/clen will have you hard as steel and mad as hell. Watch that parabolan. It will make you a bit edgy. If you are willing to stress your liver and kidneys even further (???) and want to look like you are bolted together and have mercury for blood, add halotestin from week seven to week eleven. Rely on ANAEROBIC exercise for fat burning, but that is not suggesting you ignore cardio. Just prioritize windsprints (do them every day, period) and watch the fat vanish at a rate that is almost eery. So there you have one more opinion! Good luck! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() thanks guys, i know im easy gainer when it comes to gear, so i beleive this will work for the goals im trying to achieve. the winstrol is in there to keep the water retention low, and make sure i don't lose any speed or vertical. i'm also trying to get really strong for football, but with this size i may have to move positions, cornerback to freesafty. i will also be using all the essental supplements: milk thistle, n-acetyl cysteine, flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil, and geting regular blood test done. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() my last cycle was 5 weeks long and looked like this: 50mg winstrol eod 300mg of t200 e4d's and the same dbol as above and i gained 22lbs and kept 18lbs of it, and i only at about 4000 calories a day. so i don't beleive my goals aren't possible. thanks for the comments though. ------------------ [This message has been edited by tray renfro (edited July 09, 2000).] IP: Logged |
