PeteyPete Pro Bodybuilder (Total posts: 104)	posted July 08, 2000 09:06 PM Does anyone here when recieving a package write "return to sender" on the package and leave it out for a few days. I've read that doing so can negate some of the possible legal aspects of ordering stuff through the mail. Is it worth it to do so? thanx IP: Logged

If it does and you open it, that is admission of guilt if I ever heard of one. If it doesn't have your name on it and you open it,.. that's a federal offense. Who gives a shit if it's in your house, but if you're opening it in front of a postal employee and then saying "oops, this isn't mine" that's not going to cut it. You say you have two sources sending you gear? Try to glance at the package and see which country it came from. Hopefully that will give you some idea of which source it came from. I'm a cautious kinda guy, so I would probably call it a loss. Just ask JayZ how much fun it is to get bent over by the law. I've know guys who won't sign for anything, and I've known guys who will sign for everything (moreover, they prefer it) -- the idea being that probation is probably the worst that can happen to an individual user.
