Guys i started dieting 6 weeks ago couldnt get my hands on t-3 or clen it was dry in my area for some unknown fuckin reason but anyways i took hydroxycut and tricana (tiratricol) my buddy told me to take guggulsterones when i was done with the tricana he says it will prevent a rebound,,how long should i take it for,,as long as i took the tricana or what? any advice would help me out c'mon boys i know you know your shit!!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Gugguls are being puched as a thyroid hormone controller.in reality, all gugguls are purported to do,is prevent free radicals from damaging enzymes that produce thyroid hormone. some guys who have uses gugg. experiance diarrhea. they say if your actually going to buy the stuff tahn they suggest you wipe your ass with the money first. Just some research I did. I have not heard anything good about this product as far as helping burn fat. IP: Logged |
