Does anybody know if anabolics can permenently lower testosterone. People say get your test back up after a cycle but does it come up to a new lower level than before? I read about this possiblity before and not sure if it is true or not. IP: Logged |

Using clomid during and after a cycle will help your body's natural test production stay the same. Some poeple don't use these and then they take HCG to try to blast their test back up -that may not always work. Stick with the clomid. matt IP: Logged |

Another possibility is receptor downgrade, the receptors get use to high amounts of test, so when the natural stuff flows its not as effective. ..anyone else? IP: Logged |

If you stay on a test based AS for too long yes you can shut your testies down for good. Now a normal cycle won't kill them, shut them down yes. Now if you do a straight 6 month cycle then you can probablly say bye to them. Surpressing them doesn't hurt them, now cutting them off completely then you do have a problem. IP: Logged |

Then how come long-time steroid users have to mega-dose to see any gains? Is it permanent receptor downgrade, or lower natural testosterone levels? IP: Logged |

The longer the cycles and amount will POSSIBLY effect your test levels forever when you decide to come off. I know its hard , but try to stay off for as long as you are on J IP: Logged |
