I do different ab workouts everyday but it just doesn't seem to be working because i still have a thin layer of fat covering them so they don't show as well as i would like them to. If anyone has any suggestions on how to make them more defined I'd like to hear them. Thanks.

i think you may have answered the question, get rid of the layer of fat, that will definitly make them more defined...

KRZ is correct the only way for abs to show
is to reduce fat..... there is no other way.
Cardio, cardio. You can add some thickness to
the abs by using weight in addition to you crunches. But you will still need to do
a good cardio in order to reduce that stubborn fat layer.

Good luck.

I totally agree. Cardio and a strict diet with weight added to those crunches will get your abs thicker and kill that layer of fat.

Hey if you are already dieting and haven't eliminated pasta, bread, and dairy this could be your problem. These products can make you retain water under the skin, giving you that smooth appreance. try this for two weeks, with cardio, and you should be fine.
replace your bread and pasta with sweet potatos and oatmeal...good Luck

WHAT I DO TO LOSE FAT IS EAT RIGHT AND TRAIN HARD. IN MY OPINION THE BEST EXERSIZE TO LOSE OVERALL BODY FAT IS TO RIDE MY BIKE. I LIVE IN NORTH DELTA BRITISH COLUMBIA SO THERE ARE ALOT OF PLACES TO DO THAT.I STILL HAVE A WAYS TO GO TO LOOK LIKE I WANT BUT I WILL KEEP TRAINING AND WHEN I GET OLD ENOUGH AND REACH MY NATURAL PEAK I WILL DO MY FIRST CYCLE.(I AM 18)
