have you ever heard of the hospital antiseptic called Betadine? They put it on you before surgery. Put that on your back and shoulders 15 min. before your shower. The stuff works wonders. IP: Logged |

My acne was blowing up for a while. I bought some dial soap, washed with it, then i washed my entire body with nutrogena body wash(some kind of astringent). Then i put benzoyl peroxide cream over the infected are along with tanning and three showers a day, and my acne is gone!! IP: Logged |

You can also try a back brush, you can find them at any pharmacy or bath shop. It scrubs off the top layers of dead skin and oils so you dont get clogged pores. I use this and a Loofa(Sp?) sponge to keep my skin acne free and it works, along with a good anti-bacterial soap. IP: Logged |

I alway use just plain anti-bateria soap with no moisterizers or fragrences and never have had a big problem. Maybe I'm just lucky. But my roommate had it real bad i told him and it cleared up fairly well. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Frequent showers with some of the stuff these guys mentioned is always helful. What works best for me is a good dose of tanning either in a tanning bed or alot of natural sun. IP: Logged |

theres a great topical stick your doctor can prescribe to you. its called dilacin-T. but remeber , all the soaps in the world cant clear up the cystic acne thats underneath your skin. its caused by the hormones being out of whack from the gear. the best shit for under the skin is accutane. do it after your cycle cause the shit is murder on the liver. go to a dermatologist and tell him you want accutane --it works like a charm ive been on a cycle of it --it lasts 6 months and you need blood work done for it every month cause its severe shit --it works good though IP: Logged |

Trying Roaccutane as a first is a mistake. You should progressively try treating your acne with antiseptic soap/benzoyl peoxide 10% gel/ Dalacin C solution/oral tetracycline and if all else fails move on to Roaccutane (isotretinoine) IP: Logged |

I have had some real bad solder acne this whole cycle. This weekend I over clorinated (sp?) my pool, but swam anyway. Today not one zit. It is like magic. Cleaned me up. YOU CAN GO TO A DOCTOR AND GET VARIOUS ASSORTMENTS OF CREAMS N LOTIONS AND PILLS BUT WHAT WORKS THE BEST IS SUN SWIMMING IN CHLORINE AND ALCOHOL--MAYBE A TANNING BOOTH ONCE IN A WHILE --BUT IF NOTHIN STILL WORKS GO ON ACCUTANE IP: Logged |
