   this sucks balls. I already lost 4 pounds on a 5 day cycle at 400mg/day. Im in my 3rd day off cycle so i might not be done loosing yet. I show more hardness and more cut in my upperbody8). Im posting to warn all DNP users to be aware of any allergic reactions while on DNP. I realize some reactions might not be any more harmful than a small reation to posion ivy, but in my case, it almost got deadly. I had the next step after an allergic reation(forgot what it was called). After the initial rashes and itching, you get joins swelling and pain and burning in the joints. I could barley walk and i couldn't really move my fingers. Hell, im having trouble typin this shit. My knees were twice the size and i couldnt bend them. I had to be rushed to see the doc and he got me a lot of steroids(corticosteroids for inflamation, not juice). I was lucky i went then, cuz this shit could have killed me. I dont want to scare anyone away from using the stuff cuz it works great, but just dont take any allergic reaction lightly, even though my case is very uncommon. ill be fine, i got in there in time. I told him it was DNP. He had no idea what it was. He thought i had liver problems cuz of yellowing of the eyes and dark yellow urine. Luckly i knew alot about DNP and what it does or they would still be investigating my liver(urinalysis and blood work are great) IP: Logged |

the 1st week I tried DNP nothing happend. I lost a few pounds.  I took a week off and I started up agian. DAY 1: This time I took 200mg in the evening with pyruvate and glycerin fuel. I did the same the dosage the next morning. DAY 2: I stayed with the recommended dosage for the p&g. (3x a day). I never made it to the 3rd dose. I got a rash every where and I felt like shit. Day3: I had to take the day off from work, I didn't know what was going on. I got some benadryl and after 3 days everything is ok. I stopped using the DNP. (Some recommend that you just keep going.) One week later: I decided to try and take the pyruvate and the glycerol to see if that was what caused allergic reaction. Sure enough about a hour later I started to itch everywhere. I went for hte Benadryl quicker than shit Two weeks later: I still have a bit of a cold. Damn AC and fans!! I'm going to take a 200 mg dose of dnp to see what happens today. I think you should have let your doc do all of the testing. I would not be so sure that it is an allergic reaction, because you got all the signs and symptoms of liver shutdown. The rash is not from allergy, but from the liver not being able to handle all the poisen (DNP) you are given it, so it has to get the shit out of your body, so it sends it to the skin. DNP is one of the most toxic commonly used substances in bodybuilding. I say go back to the Doc and get all your liver testing, cause it is probably not happy with you now... IP: Logged |

i had all my blood and urine work done and the lab results were fine. im in perfect working condidtion. I just thought i might be wise to tell all you bros, cuz i didnt think much of it at first but then it got life threatining. IP: Logged |

Damn DNP. I took 200 mg yesterday and the rash is back with a vengenance.Besides the discusting looking whole body rash I am very lethargic. VERY lethargic. I just want to sleep. I'm taking benadyrl and I added some antibiotics to try abd get rid of this by tonight( fat chance). Damn I got to go work on Monday. This sucks.
