good size. bodyfat is tio high. great legs and back. arms and tris need more work. symetry needs work but will come with bodyfat reduction. alos if you posed correctly you would look even better. see good potential to see ya on stage. would hit cardio, diet, and trim down bodyfat as you appear to be at about 14-15% but you have a great foundation and have made good results

Yeah, I'm around 12%... I am 6'2 225lbs this morning dehydrated. The pics were from after my 5:30 training and I was up to 230. I'm not going to compete this year so I wont get much leaner. 2001 is my time.

Trust me I'm around 12% calipers hand held devices, formulas, magic 8 ball ( all signs point to 12%) heheh.
Thanks for the feedback fellas. Motivation to train harder and harder. You can't see all of your weaknesses until you take pics though.

Not bad! I really can appreciate the fact you have legs at 6'2". Most competitors have chicken legs at your height. Hope you have a good offseason and can make the light heavy class and come in hard. Focus on your hams, calves, traps, chest & lateral delt heads. You have a very good base to build with. How old are you?

Bring the peak on the bis up, and great job on sticking those legs. It's good to see someone who trains them right. By the way my bis suck and that critique is purely constructive criticism. You are definitley on the road.

Cool..

Looks pretty lean for 12%, I cant get my abs out till Im in the mid 10% range..

You need some seperation in the bi/tri area..balance looks good, back's nice and cut...a little more cardio and you got it.

later,
WCP

I've gotta agree with the majority that you've got a really nice structure and should do well when you compete. I know you guys are all jealous, but 12% looks about right. He's just one of those lucky guys that carries his distribution a bit differently and can have abs at that bodyfat. A bit more on the bis and tris and you'll be sittin' pretty. Keep up the great work.

That look like 12%.

Looks good - looks like your hamstrings need a little work (hard to tell from the pic) but you have good proportions - next cycle I would hit the test hard and add some size to the shape......

Youre right all the way around. I haven't trained my quads and hams for nearly 3 months , while trying to bring up my chest, arms calves, and traps. My bodyfat is around 10-12% as everything has a variance of at least 2%. And I will definitely be adding some more size to the shape. Little test, little deca, little d-bol, little insulin, litlle T-3... Biggest stack ever begins October 1 !! Last time I'll reply to my own shit. thanks bros

Diet down to 6-7% before your next cycle. That way, you will know exactly where your weaknesses are, and the fat you gain back won't send your bf% into the stratosphere. To my eye, your natural proportions are excellent. Perhaps you will consider emphasizing the calves, hams, traps and triceps for the next few months. Enlargement in those places will create a more tapered look to the musculature. You are definitely on the right road, and remember to prioritize your health. Best of luck...keep us all posted.
