well guys i started my first cycle and i have been doing t200 which i know many of u have bashed...well sorry to say i cant bash it because im up 10 pounds! i definitely know one thing many people just do not know how to eat...being a personal trainer certified by acsm and studying about sports nutrtion i have a good grasp on how to eat on this stuff...and my results so far are great... i have been doing 1.5cc every 3-4 days that is it...pretty average or low comapred to some of u but hey it is working...dbol is in next week im ready to put on some ill keep u posted

Bro, I am sorry, the enanthate did not put 10lbs on you in one week. You must have just gotten fat. T200 will not start working for about 2 to 3 weeks.

well lets see heavylifter if i can do math ok is 11.9 percent bodyfat better than 12.3 or is that just my imagination. Actually I havent gotten fat...in fact im starting to see vascularity that I havent had in a while..now some maybe water weight but Im pretty convinced that most of my gains are coming from the fact that I never really ate for much more than maintenance...now for nutrition...clean sources eggs,chicken,fish,whey isolate,lean beef,
carbs all complex...taking in btw 5,000 and 6,000 calories a day...also using alot of mct oil and hemp oil...both are great along with zma and other minerals and vitamins...my protein is about 360-400 grams a day...carbs about 300grams and fat 200grams a day mostly from efa's so there u have it..."don't underestimate the body and will, its often your mind to get big that often fails"

well some of you asked for a typical days meal so i will give u pretty much average day for me
meal 1:7 eggs, 8oz skim milk, oatmeal,orange juice, whole wheat bagel with peanut butter.
meal 2:3 scoops of protein, 4oz milk, 3tablespoons of hemp oil
meal 3: 2 whole chicken breasts, 2 cups brown rice, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and fresh veggies
meal 4 same as my second meal
meal 5 tuna about 3 cans in big bowl with noodles onions and mayo and chilled for a while
meal 6 same as 2
meal 7 protein shake with about 2 scoops before i go to bed
the oils i use pretty often and its easy calories for me at130 cals per tblspoon. this is not an exact replica but it is pretty close. any questions feel free to ask

That shit is bogus. Explain it to me. The enanthate ester is completely gone in 10 days how can it hit in 3 weeks.

It starts to act almost immediatly. Same with sust I hear so much shit that it takes 3-4 to kick. Goddamn there is prop in there and that kicks right away.

He gained over 10lbs of LBM figure it out. Do your math. Use your brains. 10lbs of fat is 3500cals x 10 = 35000cals. Do you think this guy is taking in 5000 extra cals a day????

Go ahead flame me but bring up an interesting point atleast. Back up what your are saying don't pull it out of your ass. Do some research.

Water and Glycogen, for crying out fucking loud. You dont make lean muscular gains off of 600mg of T200 in 8 days. I will give him credit for eating right but its not the test and anybody thats ever USED will attest to that.

To try and settle this for once and for all...listen closely i said i gained ten pounds and yes some of it could be water and glycogen but i will tell u that i do know i have gained lean mass as well. drexx you are correct when talking about esters...its about time someone finally stepped up and used actual facts not just a feeling of something...and another thing...most of the time people who are use testosterone really do not eat enough to maximize their gains...yeah yeah keep saying how you get enough protein etc but the truth is most people do not get correct dosages of efa's and carbs. the fact is i am 10 pounds heavier with reduced bodyfat. that is checked through calipers and hydrostatic measurements both the same. so argue and whine but the measurements will still be there today tomorrow and the next...whether it was testosterone or not who cares...the gains is what matters if it kicks in so to speak in three weeks fine...ill be even bigger by week 12 you will see the pics and the measurements and once again i will prove to you that the amount of testosterone is not the end all of end alls..ill keep you posted

Hey D007,

I know he gained Water and Glycogen. I said it is Lean Body Mass this inculdes everything in your body except fat. So it's 10lbs of LBM.

I am just tired of hearing about people whining that they don't "FEEL" it for 3-4 weeks.

I have used and I usually gain atleast 7-9lbs on the first week. Not all muscle and not all LBM either.

The fact is test starts working almost right away and that was my point. You can dispute that you don't feel it because that is subjective. You can't dispute half-lives cause that is objective.

I didn't address my post to D007 or anyone else that has knowledge about the drugs and their usage. I adressed my post to typical parakeets that just repeat what they hear or go by feeling instead of actually researching the facts.
