Ok, im in wk 8 now of this primo/winny/eq stack, and ive seen great results! I started at 178lbs and im now 190lbs! 12 lean lbs not too big for my 5'8" frame just about perfect amount of mass, maybe 5lbs more this winter??? Anyway, just curious to know how i should continue after this cycle ends, and all the drugs are out of my system, Should i expect a crash? How should i eat , and train diffrently than while on, in order to make sure i keep all my gains, vasularity, and hardness?? I dont want to change a bit! ya know! whats the tricks of the trade for post cycle, maintance, since i dont plan on cycling till winter maybe! any ideas from vets would be appreciated!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Matty......every person will see varying results from the same thing, but this is what works for me: For my diet I don't make any sudden or drastic changes......everything in moderation. I keep my protein intake high (2 grams per pound of body weight), and cut fat intake to 15% of my calories. To maintain vascularity I also need to watch my carb intake. I'm very sensitive to carbs, so I need to stay under 200 grams daily. For training I keep it intense and heavy, but allow a little extra recovery time. I also work in some isolation type movements. I agree about the Clomid. And 2Thick, not long ago, advocated using Clenbuterol to preserve gains. That was good enough for me. I agree with the protein stuff, too. And, if you have access to it, Proviron is cool. Good luck. Dexter ------------------ IP: Logged |

I usually train pretty much the same - in other words I cycle high intensity workouts with moderate intensity ones. As far as eating, well, I usually adjust my calories upward with the lean bodyweight that I've gained on my cycle - just get a skinfold test to see where you're at. About a month prior to my cycle (I do 3 yearly); I also initiate clomid usage...In addition 3 weeks post cycle I'm on the clen or eca...so it sort of overlaps. IP: Logged |
