![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ok guys. My current cycle is just like my previous one. I am doing 600mg enanthate and 400mg deca per week. I gained nothing until week 3, then I gained 6lbs in 1 day. After that I stoped gaining. So all my growth is always in the 3rd-4th week. I even raised the dose of enanthate to 800mg per week with the deca steady at 400mg. I still aint seeing more pounds on the scale. I still have almost half my cycle left and I want like 8 more pounds. What should I do???? <<<<<<<<<EAT SLEEP LIFT>>>>>>>> IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would take a closer look at your training and diet. Training: How much recovery time? How many sets? How long have you been following this training routine? It's easy to over-train, not allow enough recovery, or fall into a rut in the gym. Try mixing things up a bit and rest, rest, rest. Diet: How much protein are you eating? How many calories? What sources of protein? Eat 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight, 25 times your weight in calories. Get your protein from a variety of sources.....eggs, milk, chicken, beef, powder.
