![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey guys. I know their must be someone here that can give some info on what to do after gyno surg. Maybe some info on what to take to help repair and get to the gym faster. Also When is a good time to go back on the crank. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() manny, my workout partner underwent the surgery and he was back at it in 3 weeks - for chest - lightly at first. But I think he was working all muscle groups that had no stretch or pump of the chest within about a week and a half. What did you get the gyno from mg's,drugs, and cycle layout? How long since you have been off of them? I think the Dr. recomends you take off 6 weeks for training though... Slopain IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey Slopain. Thanks for the reply. Well i've been off the gear for about a month. I don't know if it's because of the crank that i got gyno but it might have help. I just got the surgury done, and i'm thinking that it might take about 3 weeks becasue it's not that bad but it does still hurt. I've recently got some tamoxafin for next time but i'm not to sure on how to take it any info IP: Logged |
