![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I hear that most pros are on the juice year round. Just how long can we stay on juice before the gains approach a plateau, and if we do infact want to stay on the juice of a long period, is a 2 week break sufficient between 12 week cycles? Also, why is GH administered in the fat and not directly to the muscle area? What is the benefit since it is not site specific? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My rule of thumb has always been to stay off the same amount of time I was on. EG. You said you were on a 12 week cycle, so I would stay off for 12 weeks to let my body adjust. aswell, you have to let your receptors get back to normal, or else they will just be saturated and you will be wasting your money because you will be getting no gains. To be healthy you should only be doing a max of 3 cycles per year. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() based on what you say, is there any truth to the rumours that most pros are on juice year round? IP: Logged |
