Hey all....I was just wondering what do you all think of this cycle....how much lbs would you expect to gain while taking in 5gr/lbs of protein a day roughlY?? thanks!

get 2 more amps of sust & do 500mg in weeks
4 & 5.Clomid 50mg EOD or ED for last 2 weeks
of cycle & the 2 weeks following.

Yeah I would up the sostenon to 500 for at least the first couple of weeks, if not all 8. Start your dbol high and taper down. I am big on getting a lot of protein, but 5 grams per lb? That may be overkill.

Start the D-bol high and taper. Keep the Deca like it is but get rid of the last two weeks at 100mg. That won't do shit for you. Put them together for a week of 200mg. If you can up the test do it for the first couple weeks at 500mg, if not don't worry. Front load everything!! Good luck

Bro, if you have the the gear, up the sus to 750mg for at least 4 weeks and the d-bol up to 30mg/day. Taper the d-bol after the second week at 30mg/day. Lose it after 5 weeks max.

I would start off at 750 mg of sust then taper down to 500 until you run out. Like the Doctor said up the deca to at least 200 and start the d-bol off high and taper!

No need to taper sus, it is self tapering. All the way through at 500mg would be good. Start the d-bol at 30mg/day and taper the last week or so.
