Yesterday I did 500mg of sust in my delt.Immediately following I went & did a shoulder & tri workout.Its a little sore but since I've kept things moving its not as bad as I thought it would be.Just wanted to share that with yall. later IP: Logged |

I try to do a killer leg workout after a sust injection in the ass and it sometimes helps the pain. On the last cycle, I had residual injection site pain for 3-5 days for the first 3 or 4 weeks, after that no problem. All I can say about the shoulder however is ouch !! I'll leave the sust injections for my ass, good luck with those shoulder shots. IP: Logged |
